Nicholas Richards-Bentley

Nicholas graduated from McGill Law School with a joint LL.B. and Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 2010. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours B.A. with Distinction from Victoria College at the University of Toronto, majoring in History and International Relations.

Nicholas has a strong interest in civil litigation, labour law and human rights law. While at law school, Nicholas was Editor-in-Chief of the McGill International Journal of Sustainable Development Law and Policy. He also worked as a research assistant for Professor Adelle Blackett, a specialist in labour law.

In addition to English, Nicholas speaks French and Russian, and has work experience in France, Russia and Singapore.

Nicholas is a member of the Canadian International Council, and is an avid marathon runner and downhill skier. He is also a long-suffering Toronto Blue Jays fan, but like many Maple Leafs fans he has not lost hope.
